Walnuts and almonds
Can i use almonds and walnuts after expiry date ?
It's completely stored in refrigerator.
It's look like a fresh.
Almost 2 years completed.
Please suggest me.

No please don't consume nuts after expiry date as they contain essential fatty acids which get oxidized and can harm your health.

They get oxidized and chances r there they might have spoiled and can cause to some health issues.

Hi,
No doubt shelf life of perishable products increases as they are stored at low temperature. But 2 years after expiry is a long period. So not recommended to use.
