Almond milk
Hi, I have cholesterol 221 so I have not to take milk...in place of milk can I take almond milk? Is it safe to take daily? Thank you Regards

Hi Instead take skim milk that will not harm Take soaked almond and walnut. Also try to incorporate more of fibre rich food like salads and fruits Try to incorporate atleast half n hour exercise. If possible take methi seeds and flax seeds to lower ur cholesterol levels

U can take skim milk ,buttermilk and low fat dairy as u hav high cholesterol .
