Almonds milk
Please I really don't know if this milk is healthy or not, i want to start taking it just today but i dont know it is a healthy milk or not, and please also i do take brown bread is it healthy??? How many eggs are okay to take in a day ?? Please am asking because i want to loose a little weight and eat healthy too though am not fat am just normal but I want to eat healthy thanks in advance
