Alternatives of Milk
I wanted to know good healthy alternatives of milk since I feel that milk is not so good for me and also it creates a lot of skin problems... . . So I was looking for alternatives of milk... I know I can use Almond or Soy Milk instead but would like to know more much better alternatives of milk... . . How can I replace milk completely from my diet...and at the same time do not miss appropriate calcium intake... (Age=20, is it ok if I completely stop consuming milk, will it affect my bone density) . Genuine solutions would be appreciated. Thank you.

What skin problems do you get after milk consumption? If you are not lactose intolerant, you can take other milk products which will give you equally good results. Curd, buttermilk, paneer can be used. In case allergic to milk, take almond milk, which is a better alternative.Rich sources of calcium are sesame seeds, ragi, eggs to name a few.
