I wanted to know good healthy alternatives of milk since I feel that milk is not so good for me and also it creates a lot of skin problems...

So I was looking for alternatives of milk...
I know I can use Almond or Soy Milk instead but would like to know more much better alternatives of milk...

How can I replace milk completely from my diet...and at the same time do not miss appropriate
calcium intake...
(Age=20, is it ok if I completely stop consuming milk, will it affect my bone density)
