Hi In terms of digestibility, A2 milk is easier to digested for some people. That is why they switch to A2. The difference being the type of casein, a milk protein. However, if anyone has lactose intolerance, then A1 or A2, doesn’t make a big difference. Nutritionally they are both the same. Also always choose low-fat dairy products instead of full-fat ones.
