For gaining weight only honey with milk not helpful.
For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism.
Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite.
Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet.
Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello user do you want to gain weight. . Yes honey with milk is fine but you have to be sure that you are taking a pure honey ... For weight gain I have a golden milk recipe which I personally believe in as I give to my brother for weight gain 1 glass milk 250 ml approx 5 Almonds grated + 5 pistachos grated + 4 csahewnuts grated + few saffron strands + 2 dates chopped + a pinch of elachi powder mix all and with milk and boil and add honey to taste ... Whole days diet needs to be planned in such a way that its rich in good fats, complete proteins and good carbs. Along with that its important that you do organized exercises especially strength training or resistance training ( can be home based) so that you don't gain fat but muscles.

Hi, Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy .Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk,curd,Paneer, Meat,Fish,Eggs etc. Include essential fats like Almonds,walnuts,flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help. Honey helps in increasing weight and can be had with hot milk morning and evening.

First I want to give you a knowledge no particular food make you gain weight... for weight gain you need to take high protein high calorie diet plan with the balanced diet, it's a combination of calories and food which make you gain weight.
