Is honey good to eat
Would like to know if replacing regular sugar with honey helps reduce fat or it can also make gain weight and fat ?

Hi Honey or sugar has the same calories.. To reduce fat have high fiber food and portion control to work of fat in your body..

You can replace sugar with honey . It is a good substitute. Weight gain depends on portion size of the ingredient. "Excess of anything is bad". You can absolutely go for honey. It won't result in weight gain if taken proportionately
