Hi could anyone help me knowing this My question is - Does Honey actually helps in weight gain? If so which food is the best combination to add up with honey 1. Banana with honey or 2.Dates with honey Appreciate if any one answers this Thank you

Honey with banana to consume on daily basis. You can have dates with honey. Try both these combination you have written . Honey salad to have every for lunch . Cron and honey soup for dinner to have every day.

Weight gain will happen when the calorie intake is more than the body burns. So there won’t be any single ingredient/ single recipe going to increase or decrease your weight. Honey is a good option. It gives you same calorie as sugar or jaggery , also some good antioxidants .

Gud evening there is as such no specific wonder food which will cause weight gain instantly.U need to have a healthy balanced diet with some form of muscle mass gaining exercises or strength gaining exercises do gain muscle mass,drink plenty of water approx 3ltrs max per day including other liquid food items,proper sleep around 6-7hrs sound sleep and stress reduction is also essential.
