Luke warm water with adding honey .lemon
Respected sir or mam pls tell me is it ok to get up in a morning and take a luke warm water with adding honey and little drops of lemon and drinks it in an empty stomach for doing a weight loss ..is it good or bad .. For health if I will do it for a 2 months continuesly plz let me know

Hello, No, it's not good enough in aspect to loose weight at all. Because honey is also a kind of sweetener. It will be better to take only leuk warm water in empty stomach without kargil your mouth.

Pls try to have Luke warm lemon water with adding honey little amount 1tsp only on early morning after brushing teeth before 25mins of exercise at least don't have it daily only 3days in a week other days u can have Luke warm flax seeds or Chia seeds or cinnamon water etc.

Ideally you should prefer taking lemon juice with room temperature water and not lukewarm water to ensure that the vitamin c is not harmed.
