Hi, Having lemon water in  empty stomach early morning and in mid-morning as a snack is more effective for health.

Hi Lemon water can be taken on empty stomach upon waking or can be taken in the mid-morning time around 10:30 to 11:30 am or in the mid- afternoon time also around 3:30 to 4:30 pm.. One to one and half hour gap is fine.. between and food.. Thankyou Th

You can take lemon with food so the absorption of iron improves in meal. If you want to take lemon with warm water take it 20-30 min after food.
