No it won't increase the cholesterol levels just make sure that u r not exceeding the amount of ghee in the milk.
Apart from this u can also try amla juice, more if salads and good amt of water to get relieve from constipation

This remedy works good for constipation. Consume 1 cup hot milk with 2 tsp desi ghee.

For constipation,
1.Make sure you are having sufficient water in a day
2. Avoid refined food like maida, sago, refined flours etc
