Ghee in hot milk for costipation
Many doctors suggest to have hot milk with Desi ghee for constipation. Can this increase cholestrol & fats level if consumed daily

Hi. No it won't increase the cholesterol levels just make sure that u r not exceeding the amount of ghee in the milk. Apart from this u can also try amla juice,  more if salads and good amt of water to get relieve from constipation

This remedy works good for constipation. Consume 1 cup hot milk with 2 tsp desi ghee. If you are suffering with constipation from long time. Connect with dietician for proper guidance.

For constipation,  1.Make sure you  are having sufficient  water in a day 2. Avoid refined food like maida, sago, refined flours etc 3. Consume more fruits and vegetables,  whole grains etc You can have warm milk with ghee sometimes. Its a part of ayurvedic treatment. So the ayurvedic  doctor can guide you better on this question.

Can opt .other solutions for constipation like include  high fiber food and 1tsp of amla powder at bedtime.

Gud noon no evidence of it tht hot milk with desi ghee will cure constipation permanently. Pls try to have fiber containing diet low to moderate amounts of intake is recommended like fruits, green vegs Or leafy vegs, nuts n roasted seeds like chia seeds, along with tht exercise is compulsory and adequate water intake not less than 2.5ltrs in a day.
