Papaya and ghee are known to be beneficial for heart health . Also , see that you have high prolactin levels . You can consume them in moderation since you are taking proper medications . But you should know that Papaya is often to be avoided if you have high prolactin levels. Papaya consists of an enzyme - " papain" , which is believed to increase the production of estrogen in the body. High prolactin levels are often associated with hormonal imbalances, and increasing estrogen levels could exacerbate this issue. Again , I will say that once or twice its okay if you are having them in moderation . Chapati with ghee is not a big issue if you are not overweight. But I would again recommend ghee to be moderate .
