When I searched in google I get same friut s names for both low and high pottasaium content(papayas,mangoes, pomegranate, cauliflowers), Can you please list me correctly list of low potassium friuts and vegetables.

Hi dear, low potassium fruits are papaya, pineapple, pear, guava, apple. And vegetables are all the gourd family like bottle gourd, snake gourd, turai, cucumber.
