Hello, Being strong will not be highlighted unless you are mentally fit. You can be strong in many ways. Like, mentally, immunity, muscle power could be anything. To sum up your concern, have a balanced diet/meal of salads, whole grains, pulses, lentils, and of course a sip of detox water followed by protein rich breakfast in the morning. Do not forget to exercise, perform meditation, yoga, and shared talks with your loved ones. I hope this helps!

Feeling strong is not just about muscles, but also about energy, stamina, immunity, and a good mood. Food plays a very important role in this. Just fruits and vegetables are not enough for you to be strong. You need to include protein rich foods and good carbohydrates in your meal.  Here are the tips to follow to become strong: - Include complex carbohydrates from brown rice, oats, millets as these foods give you energy. - Protein rich foods like dals, legumes, chicken, fish, eggs, and paneer help to build muscle. - Healthy fats from nuts, seeds, and avocados are also important. - Fruits and vegetables provide you with essential vitamins and minerals which improve your immunity and improve your gut health. - Avoid sugary drinks, packaged and processed foods as it lowers your immunity and lowers your energy levels. Eat fresh, home-cooked food, stay hydrated, and exercise daily as it will help you to get stronger.
