Hi Only fruit diet is not advisable..all the time Fruits should be either taken on empty stomach (or) in the mid morning time (or) evening time before 6 pm..not later than that.. It's always advised to take lunch in proper way..like rotis, unpolished rice, dal, vegetables sabji, rasam or sambar and buttermilk or curd.. In this discipline one should consume lunch in a proper sequential way with healthy combinations to attain most benefit of all the nutrients... In the same way the other two meals also to be planned accordingly like breakfast and dinner.. Note:. If in pre-diabetic stage , kindly follow all the necessary things that are to be followed for diabetics.. Like diet and lifestyle modifications and stress limiting factors... And not all fruits are permitted in diabetes... Avoid all the fruits that taste very sweet to tongue like mangoes, sapota/ chikoo, pineapple, pomogranate to sone extent, bananas, grapes etc... If u eat only fruits for lunch at this age of urs u may not get enough energy and  nutritions for ur daily body requirement. On a continuous routine u may go into deficiency of various nutrients and the condition may become irreversible.,. Better check once again with ur dietician a diet plan for ur health condition.

Hi, if you are in pre diabetic stage, please avoid having only fruits in lunch. What kind of fruits you eat can greatly affect your sugar levels and can be harmful. Temporarily you may feel energetic due to high sugar content of fruits which doesn’t necessarily mean that you are healthy. Replace it with water based vegetables and raw salads. Completely avoid all dairy products. I can reverse you from prediabetic stage and bring your sugar to normal levels permanently by understanding your medical history and modifying your diet and lifestyle. Contact me for an in depth personal consultation.
