Eating more slate pencils
Hi Am Nikitha am 22 years old,i have a habit of eating slate pencils from since 4 years now a days am eating more per day am eating 2 to 3 boxes daily and am not increasing my weight am just 34kgs weight how can i stop eating them and how can increase my weight it may harmful me in future are it may effect not getting pregnancy in future can u please suggest something..

Eating 2-3 boxes daily is surely not good for health. Please check your Calcium levels if not done. Such cravings are generally results of calcium deficiency. Also concentrate on taking healthy diet regularly.
