My 22 months old daughter does not eat.
My daughter Bhaavya is 22 months old. Her weight is just 10kgs. She does not eat solid foods at all. She is only surving on milk and banana puree becsuse of which her weight is not increasing. What should I give her so that she starts eating solid foods or her weight increases?

Children of this age group are commonly very picky about the foods that they eat. A lot of times, they dont want to eat proper meals because it cuts off their play time. You will have to inculcate the habit of making her sit with the family at the table while eating meals. Also, we will have to explore her food choices. If she likes banana, try banana pancakes with peanut butter. You can also try giving her other milk products like paneer or dahi or lassi. There are many options that can be given but we also need to look into her behavior. Also, a word from.your Paediatriciam is a must. Mostly, they recommend continuous efforts especially if the child is active through the day.
