Good morning ma’am, If you’re breast feeding, then 5-6 meals is okay. Baby‘s diet includes soft foods such as yoghurt, oatmeal, mashed banana, mashed potatoes, or even thicker or lumpy puréed vegetables.Eggs ( including scrambled) are an excellent source of protein, as are cottage cheese.
Health Tips
Some meals ideas are: Oatmeal: Make small bowl oats with milk ( breast milk, formula, whole milk, water) , almond powder & mashed banana or stewed apple Pancakes or waffles: Use whole grain mix and consider adding Wheat germ for health boost , add grated carrots and cottage cheese. Eggs: scrambled them with ghee and a tablespoon cottage cheese.
