Sore throat after eating fruit
As fruits are one of the main building blocks for nutrition, can u suggest how can I consume it if after eating it i get sore throat. I tried almost all major fruits like apples banana, oranges, kiwi, pear dragonfruit, berries, grapes etc all gives me sore throat. Please suggest

Please check for food intolerance then plan them and take them fresh not at refrigerator temp that can also cause these kind of issue

Hi Your problem a few people do face. Avoid fruits like oranges, grapes, lime etc which are citric in nature. Try fruits like guava, papaya, plantain etc. Please try in one way I could suggest to you. Steam the fruit or else boil the apple or guava discard the water mash the fruit and eat it pls try the tip I have suggested and please message me how you feel after trying it that way Message me on my gmail Com about your experience.

Try stewed apples, stewed pears. Have it warm Chop apples or pears into big squares. Add to a pan and add water just about to submerge the fruit and allow it to cook on low heat. Allow it to soften and till the water dries up. Add 1/4 tsp fresh cinnamon powder and a pinch of dry ginger powder and pepper powder if you like. You could also add 1/4 tap honey once it’s cooked. It’s quite delicious and very soothing for the throat.

Fruits should be taken at day time , for best tolerance. Take it after taking carbs or proteins . If it's citrus ,keep it in the sunlight and then consume, never have it after taking it out of the refrigerator
