Can we eat fruits along with meals? What will happen if fruits are eaten 1. Just before food 2. In between food 3. After food Will the fruit nutrients will be lost? Will there be any weight gain?

If you are taking fruits with meal it will increase the calorie content of your meal as Fruits are full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and sugar.
