Healthy afternoon sir, To reduce high bilirubin 1. Stay hydrated 2. Eat variety of vegetables and fruits every day 3. Look for high fibre foods such as oatmeal, broccoli, chickpeas, berries and almonds. 4. Eat variety of protein and choose leaner cuts of animal protein. 5.enzyme like papain present in pataya leaves may help cure bilirubin level., but papaya leaves extract is possibly safe when taken as medicine for up to 5 days. Side effects might include nausea and vomiting.
