Ghee is quite high in calorie. If it's a tspn then 25 gm approx ghee would have calorie of almost 220 cal So you should not take more than 2-3 tsf

Gud evening pls try to take ghee in moderation not very high intake. U should have a balanced meal along with exercise daily.
