I am 27 year old. I am into body building now. I work out in the gym almost 2 hours everyday. I have started with this nutrilite protein powder since 15 days. Will it have any side effects? How long can I continue to take it? Should I take regularly or alternate days?

Dear synthetic protein is not recommended as it may have a bad effect after a couple of years. Still if u want to take take it in less quantity. It's better to have natural source of proteins such as egg white. U can also go for nonveg such as chicken and fish as well as nuts and seeds such as peanuts and almond.

Hello,
Taking any sort of supplements is not advisable. In order to gain muscle mass take protein from natural food sources like paneer, curd/buttermilk, sprouts/pulses, chicken, egg whites post workout.
