Hi
First of all, it is necessary to see the level of uric acid in your blood, whether you are on medications for it?
Most important to note is the by products of proteins are uric acid, if the level is above 7.0 mg/ dl it raises the increases towards developing kidney stones or Gout.
So as far as possible avoid the protein supplement as it has to be done under monitored circumstances follow diet suggested by ur doctor and consume 2 to 2.5 l of fluid including buttermilk, low fat milk, tea and fresh fruit juices to flush off the uric acid in excess.

You cannot have pea protein or soya protein.also you have to avoid any seeds and organ meat, like liver, fish roe, and also avoid bone marrow of chicken . Milk should be avoided. Also seeds of any vegetables, dal and pulses. To be avoided. Avoid palak.
Better avoid protein intake ,till ur uric acid level comes to normal .
Drink plenty of water upto 3 ltrs / day.

Diet should be low protein diet .avoid nuts, oils, masala spicy food, bakeryfood, nonveg, eggs, rice wheat .
Intake millets which are rich in carbohydrates, low protein rich fibre easy digestible, low glycaemic index food..
Hi,
Taking protein derived from the diet only. Avoid animal protein. Apart from Protein management, Increasing water intake and cutting soft drink and soda consumption will help to flush your body of uric acid. Cut down on high salt, high sugar and high fats.
Limit all processed, preserved, packaged & outside food completely. Stop smoking & hard drinks if do.
Hi tharun its dietitian syeda here, i have read your query and understand your problem very well, as you want to know how you can include a good protien shake in your workout routine but without making your uric acid levels worst...so here's how you can do it
Make sure to use skim milk or plain fat free yougurt for the protein part go for plant based safe protein isolates that come from soy, hemp, rice or pea. You can also add cherries to your shake as it has a uric acid lowering effect or you can also add coffee which will add taste to your shake and will be effective in reducing your gout issue..
Also daily consumption of vitamin c rich foods also helps to keep uric acid levels in check so you can use vit c rich fruits in your shake..
All in all do not go for ready made shakes, make a shake at home with the ingredients i have mentioned above.
Lastly you will need a proper diet plan to completly get rid of regular uric acid issue so if you need a diet plan you can drop me a msg on enlighteningnutrition at the rate gmail dot com
