Nuts, Seeds,Green tea can we take dialy
Hi Sir / Medam, Can i eat Almonds, Walnuts , Flaxseeds and Green tea dialy with time gap. If i take above food combination moderate amounts dialy with time gaps is good for health or not. Could you please tell clearly ?

Almonds, walnut and flax seeds are good source of omega 3 yes you can include in your daily diet. Almonds and walnut should be soaked before having it for better nutrients absorption. Flax seeds can interfere in harmonal imbalance. Eat in the form of Chutney or with food. For better absorption- roast in low flame or grind. Green tea is not a very good source of fat burner.

You can eat 4 almonds, 2 walnuts soaked and 2 dates unsoaked and flax seeds you can add in buttermilk or curd. Offcourse make a gap of atleast 1hour between Nuts and tea /coffee.

Yes, you can take it on daily basis. Green tea not more than 2 cup per day. Almond 5-6 , walnuts 2  per day . Flax seed 2-3 tsp per day will be good.
