Is it ok to take around 50grams of fennel seeds everyday? What is the impact of eating more fennel seeds?

Fennel seeds when soaked in water overnight works as a great diuretic hence helps in reducing water retention But at the same time 50gm a day is too much to consume as we must and should balance our foods to help us maintain our health & well being

You may use fennel seeds in detox water for 1-2 tap. Also post meals. Eating more or over if anything proves no good. Hence take in moderation.
