Seeds for weight gain
Hello, I have one doubt. For weight gain, I had recently read an article where some seeds help to gain weight if one is pure vegetarian. Below are its protein details. Hemp seeds - 8.8 gm (moreover this can be equalled to 4 boiled eggs) Chia seeds - 4.4 gm Flax seeds - 5.2 gm Pumpkin seeds - 7 gm Sesame seeds - 5 gm Sunflower seeds - 5.8 gm But on that article, it's not advised how to have it. Can someone please guide?
