I have 2cm fibroid in my uterus...and I get heavy bleedings even...I checked with doctor. Doctor suggested me to avoid Underground vegetables and to have milk atleast 2 glass in a day and even curd..I read in every article...that dairy is not good for fibroid at all..I am literally in doubt. So far no studies have been established  to prove  whether milk is bad for fibroid,it is only individual  based, otherwise in general  avoid all processed  foods, softdrinks ,ready to eat foods Consume home cooked clean food, restrict simple sugars  and include  fibre in your diet by adding variety of vegetables fruits and complex  carbohydrates.
