Good afternoon ma’am, Uterine fibroids are common but painful health concerns among women of childbearing age. These non- cancerous tumour cause abdominal discomfort, heavy periods, and problems like frequent urination and constipation. There is no evidence that a dedicated diet will shrink fibroids or prevent them forming the first place. However, eating healthy and well balanced meals can regulate hormone level and potentially reduce fibroid growth. Vegetables: Crucifers like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale help the liver detoxify the body and are through to rid the body of excess estrogen. Food rich in vitamin E- Vitamin E can play a role in hormone balance. Almond, huzzelnut are good source of this essential vitamin. Green tea- Green tea contains the antioxidants polyphenol, which is thought to concentrate the effects of estrogen.

Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day.
