Multiple fibroids
I am unmarried and I have multiple fibroids. While I am on homeopathy medicines, I would like to know what changes do I make in my lifestyle. I have quite a sedentary lifestyle as I am a teacher.

Please start a workout at lest 30min of walk with an intensity of 1km in 10 min . Diet and exercise will be most effective together, one alone will not be able to help you .

Healthy afternoon In some cases, certain foods can help to slow fibroid growth. Fibre rich foods, including fruits, vegetables and whole grains, can promote bowel regularity and reduce oestrogen levels. You should incorporate foods rich in omega -3 fatty acids. Such as fish, flaxseed and walnuts to manage inflammation.
