Hi doctor, I was diagnosed with fibroids at 18, I am 23yrs old now. I don't really have a problem relating to it apart from some pain during menstruation.
I am hoping that with good diet I could reduce the size of my fibroids. Please suggest me the right diet and nutrition effective in reducing fibroids.

Use millets in the form of drink ,staple food as grains on place of rice and wheat.Plenty of vegetables,fruits greengram raw will be helpful.
Flaxseeds,sesameseeds,and horsegram on equal qty ,dry fry powder and add jaggery make into lemonsize laddu and eat one everyday in empty stomach.
Physical exercises,walking playing sports,swimming,yoga will suport ur routine habits to resolve fibroids.
