Hi
Actually for your height and weight you are not underweight you must be almost normal weight but you must be having w narrow shoulders your body frame must be small.
You could make do with adding another 2 to 3 more kgs.
If you are non veg add in atleast one a day for 5 days a week.
Morning have coffee / tea
Have breakfast at 8am - idli/ dosa/ Upma
Idli or dosa add one more to the quantity which u normally eat.
11am
Have ragi or sprouted lentil porridge 1 cup

4 pm have bowl of salad/ boiled Chenna
5pm milk( avoid tea/ coffee)
