Ms Neema Yadav has beautifully listed all the required sources of protein to you, but additionally you must also increase your fibre intake in form of raw & cook vegetables as otherwise you might feel constipated, also along need to increase your hydration on a daily basis.
Next Steps
You must ideally consult a Registered dietician/nutritionist as without your biometrics its very difficult to guide you because muscle gain is just not consuming proteins, but also the absorption & metabolism of proteins are equally important to assimilate in your body
Health Tips
Just don't start with high protein in your diet suddenly, or else you will be highly constipated, hence a word of caution, you must talk to a expert nutritionist to help you customise your diet as per your goal.
