I am 20 years old and I'm under weight. I am really thin .i want to gain healthy weight. What should i do or have to gain weight? ( I also do eat food yet do not gain weight)

For gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and workout early morning and evening.

Gain weight can be difficult for some people. Either a few changes, you can gradually reach a healthy weight.
Being underweight could mean you are missing out on vitamin and minerals.
Some tips to help you gain weight:
1. Gain weight gradually by adding healthy calories- adults can try adding 300-500 extra calories a day.
2. Eat smaller meals more often, adding healthy snacks between meals.
3. Add extra calories to your meals with cheese, nuts and seeds.
4. Have a high calorie drink in between meals, such as milkshakes.
5. Have a balanced diet- choose from a variety of foods groups, such as fruits and vegetables, starchy carbs and dairy alternatives.
6. Add protein to your meals with beans, pulses, fish and eggs.
7. Build muscle with strength training or yoga-exercise can also improve appetite.
Don’t:
1. Do not rely on chocolate, cakes and sugary drinks to gain weight.
2. Do not fill up on drinks before eating meals.
