Dear doctor I'm unable to gain weight and also I'm unable to concentrate on my diet my my body's feels very loose Please suggest me what to do

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet.

Increased protein and carbohydrates in your diet. Add protein rich products like milk and it’s products, cottage cheese, quinoa, oats, barley, bajra , non veg, paneer, soyabean etc Add sweets and it’s products after having the lunch and dinner,add protein rich milk shakes and smoothies in your diet.

Take high protein and High calories diet. Includes high protein and energy dense food source in your diet like nuts, dry fruits, fish, egg milk and milk products. Maintain a healthy routine don’t skip your meal maintain 2-3 hrs meal gap. Keep your body hydrated drink 3-4 litres water in a day. Do body analysis and get better result. Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy .Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk,curd,Paneer, Meat,Fish,Eggs etc. Include essential fats like Almonds,walnuts,flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help.

Hey hi, You can gain weight easily don't worry.Eat a proper nutritious food in each meal and add good fats like nuts and seeds fistful daily.Also,Start with simple exercises like walking,running,Plans,Squats so your muscle will be toned and you can gain good strength and stamina.
