Hi I want to know how can a 51 year old reduce weight and will nutritionist consultation online will suffice here on app itself or shal I consider asking her to go to gym instead and also I want to know what food is best I mean which one to stop and which one to continue according to Indian menu also she is currently taking iron by IV route every month until corrected she is diagnosed iron deficiency anemia

She can reduce weight by having a well balanced diet, doing physical exercise daily as per her capacity. Gym is not necessarily required if she can to physical exercise on her own as prescribed. Avoid Packaged foods, processed foods and junk foods for better results. Make sure she has enough water to keep herself well hydrated.

as a 51 years age lady firstly she should not go to gym. because its a active way of weight loss.if she continue the gym the weight will in control.but once she left the gym her weight will become more than previuos. becuause of muscle resting. diet should be normal home food according to her calorie needed.she can reduce weight normally by taking home foods without joining any gym.you can contact me for details through practo
