Firstly is it genetic or not? Second is are you have any gastric or metabolic or abdominal problem like- mucas? If all of these points are ok then contact with any dietician she will guide you
Calculate your TDEE (google the calculator)then add 500kcal for weight gain (0.5kg gain/week)
Make sure to include healthy proteins (soy , pulses, egg , fish ), fats(nuts, oils, avocado etc) fruits and vegetables (to avoid micronutrient deficiency )and whole carbs in your diet.
