Firstly is it genetic or not? Second is are you have any gastric or metabolic or abdominal problem like- mucas? If all of these points are ok then contact with any dietician she will guide you

Calculate your TDEE (google the calculator)then add 500kcal for weight gain (0.5kg gain/week) Make sure to include healthy proteins (soy , pulses, egg , fish ), fats(nuts, oils, avocado etc) fruits and vegetables (to avoid micronutrient deficiency )and whole carbs in your diet. These are generic rules , you can try them and let me know if it helped !

take a proper balance diet with plenty of water about, 3-4 ltrs a day. Hi, Weight Can be achieved through right nutritional balanced diet and lifestyle modifications every individual needs differently, although you should increase your carbs and protein intake along with healthy fats in your diet, do weight training exercises. Any other Supplements differ from patient to patient for your specific needs you need to consult with a Dietician and don't rush out of Supplements blindly.
