Both are good for weight loss 70% diet &30% exercise are helpful. Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk(300) ml daily Curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also You can use olive oil , sunflower, saffola, mustard oil in cooking etc. Can take artificial sweeteners ( maximum 4 tablets a day) Don’t- avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid rooty vegetables like potato , zimikand , sweet potato etc. Avoid tinned , processed, preserved, canned food Avoid pickles and papad etc Avoid sour products ( vinegar, tamarind, amla) etc
