Consult me on app.in general avoid papaya , pineapple in fruits And in non veg avoid fish You can have chicken Do activity like walk Drink more water Have fruits and vegetables salad in changing pattern and according to season Eat all meals in time Get proper sleep ( During cravings avoid too much of fast food and oily foods)
