Diet plan for 25 week pregnancy.
What is the diet plan we should follow for fast development of baby. Because my doctor says that babys development is not fast as on 25 weeks criteria. Suggest me to Make proper diet. Some details about me are- Iam a house wife not having outside work. Weight 46kg Height 146 cm Blood report all are in normal range. Taking 2 liters water per day I only eat egg in nonveg. In morning I take a piece of apple and banana. Then having paratha in breakfast Lunch time and dinner time I am taking rice dal and vegetables only. This is my details . Plz suggest a healthy diet plan for above 25 weeks pregnancy so my baby develop fastly.

Greetings!   If there are no digestive complaints, you can include Dhal, legumes, eggs, sprouts, soya chunks, milk, paneer, cheese, cereal pulse combination recipes for better protein quality in all of your meals Also add colorful Vegetables and fruits to your diet regularly Include 2-2.5L water per day to avoid constipation. Gud morning  not proper kind of food habits u r following water intake is very low wht about some light forms of exercise which is required for a healthy delivery n baby proper overall growth.
