Diet after Acl reconstruction
I've gone for acl reconstruction surgery one month ago and want a diet plan for faster recovery of my knee and also want some diet tips in diet plan for weight loss

Take high protein and fiber rich foods as your body need to recover.take fresh fruits and vegetables a lot. Take all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

After Surgery body needs enough calories and nutrients to recover. Fiber--constipation is common after surgery so eat lots of fiber from fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains Protein--Helps wound healing--From chicken, seafood, eggs, nuts, beans, tofu carbohydrates--Fatigue is common after surgery so carb in form of whole grains healthy fats from coconut, olive oil, seeds and nuts will improve your immunity
