Diet after ACL surgery
Hi doctor, I had ACL surgery five months back so due lack of physical activity I gian almost 10 kg in this period.my age is 24 and height is 177cm an and weight is 83 . I want to reduce my weight .can you please tell ideal weight for me and which diet plan should I follow to reach to ideal weight? I am taking protein X powder after workout now and I have started gym problem as per my surgeon advise. So please help me here about diet plan and how much protein should I consume daily avoid muscle loss.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. Add protein  milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, tofu should made with skimmed milk.
