Hi I can surely help you but not over here without one to one discussion about your whole medical history, your vitals, and your likes and dislikes, and eating habits. I would recommend you to have a one to one counselling session with me and take a personalized tips Or diet plan. So you can take a consultation with me and any other expert. If you want to have a consultation with me then you can call or WhatsApp at the number mentioned on my Practo profile. And I would recommend you to not take any random tip or random plan as that may harm your system or gut.

Hi, You should follow a balanced diet which contains good good soluble fibres. Easily digested food is recommended, like start your day with rice based products in breakfast. Avoid oily, fried and spicy food. Include soft texture fruits like watermelon, ripe papaya etc. Drink 3 litre water per day. Follow a proper meal timing.
Next Steps
You can chat directly with me through this practo app for further discussion.

As per your condition now you should take blend and fluid diet (juices, soups etc.). Had lot of fruits but avoid citrus ones and vegetables for finer. Should drink plenty of water for easy bowl movements. For detailed diet plan u can visit the clinic or take online consultation.
