Hi
You can eat high food such as muesli, brown rice or pasta, prunes and other fruits and vegetables. Try to have five portions of fruit and vegetables each day and drink about two litres of fluid a day.
Eat low fats diet and little low spices or I can say bland food.
You can contact directly on practo for more details on diet.
Hello 😊,
Need not to worry!
after fissures surgery you have to avoid Spicy foods and have adequate liquid diets.
