Constipation, Anal Fissure Diet Plan
I've been diagnosed with anal fissure and rectal ulcer caused due to constipation. I've been advised to follow a fibre rich diet. Please provide some recommendations. Some foods cause gas in my intestines. Please advise foods to avoid.

Anal fissure is a tear in the lining of the anus or anal canal (the opening through which stool passes out of the body). The fissure can be painful and may bleed.
Anal fissure can be caused due to various reason. But in your case it is due to constipation.
So the diet plan should be
1 . Curing damage caused in rectal passage.
2.treating your constipation and ulcer
3. Then accordingly other things.
For starting days diet will be rich soluble fibre not in insoluble as it may create problem. We have to treat in problem in reverse way.
