Healthy morning, It’s good to reduce weight at right time is many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember there is no magic bullet for weight loss The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose variety of foods, such as fruits, vegetables whole grains and lean sources of protein and include physical activity 1. Drink plenty of water 2. Have 6 meal per day 3 main course and 3 snack meals 3. Enjoy your favourite foods 4. Be choosy about nighttime snacks 5. Do regular exercise 6. Eat seasonal fruits 7. Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. 8. Choose lean protein instead of fatty ones 9. Cut salt from your diet 10. Don’t skip meals 11. Go for a healthy walk. Slow steady weight lose is good. When you lose weight fast , it seems to jump right back , whereas you lose fat steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormone out it tends to stay off .
