Hi To increase weight you should follow high protein high calorie diet plan. But I cannot plan your diet here without knowing your time schedule, diet schedule and whole medical history. I would recommend you to have  a one to one counseling session so that I can make a personalized plan for your weight gain. For the piles you can include the following food in your diet and try to avoid constipation, take a high fiber diet 1. Beans 2. Figs 3. Water 4. Flaxseeds 5. Radish 6. Pulses 7. Cereals 8. Meat, fish and eggs Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
