Piles problem
I'm suffering from piles from the last 2-3 years. I'm on homeopathic medicine. These medicine help me to reduce pain and bleeding but the problem is not cure fully. Whenever any decrease in water intake or eat some spicy food the problem increases. Suggest me any diet plan to get rid of from this disease permanently.
