I want to loose weight
Recently I have gained 10kgs of extra weight over last 3years, I want to get back my figure as soon as possible ( in 6 months or so), is it possible ?

Hi. 10 kgs in 6 months is not a number to commit. But, you can definitely loose upto 5-6 kgs. in another 6 months with proper diet and workout, simultaneously. Try taking your meals in every 2 hours, frequent small meals, basically.

Hi Thank you for your query we will be happy to help you. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have a glass of water half an hour before your meals. Avoid outside food completely and avoid processed food too. Have plenty of fibre rich foods and include plenty of fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Make a healthy lifestyle.70% diet and 30% exercise help in reducing the fat Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300) ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Used olive oil, sunflower, rice bran oil, mustard oil in cooking drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand etc Avoid fried, processed, packaged, processed food products Avoid pickles and papad etc.
