Weight gainers may seem convenient, but they are not the safest or most effective option for healthy weight gain, especially when you already have a busy 9–6 schedule. Here’s what you should consider before using a weight gainers: - Most weight gainers are high in sugar and maltodextrin, which can cause bloating, acidity, fat gain around the stomach, and poor long-term results. - They do not correct underlying issues like poor appetite, stress, or nutrient deficiencies. - Include complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, millets, quinoa and brown rice. - Protein rich foods such as pulses, paneer, tofu, eggs, lean chicken, and fish. - Healthy fats such as ground nut oil, nuts and oilseeds. - Include strength training which will help build more lean muscle mass. Weight gainers are not necessary and often not ideal. With structured meals and the right nutrient balance, you can gain weight even with a busy schedule.

Weight gainers can help *only in some cases*, but they are not the safest or best first option. Here is the simple and correct guidance for you: Weight gainers are safe only if your digestion is good and you take them in the right amount. But most gainers contain too much sugar, which can cause fat gain in the stomach area, acidity and even increase blood sugar in the long run. They will not improve appetite or overall health. Since you have a busy 9–6 schedule, a better option is small frequent, high-calorie foods like peanut butter, banana shakes, curd, paneer, nuts, ghee, and soft home meals. These help you put on healthy weight without side effects. If you still want to use a weight gainer, use only a clean, low-sugar brand and take just one serving daily, preferably after lunch or in the evening. For a proper weight-gain plan that fits your busy schedule, please consult me for a better solution.

It sounds like you have a low body weight for your height, and your main concern is whether a weight gainer is a safe option. Most commercial weight gainers are calorie-dense powders that provide carbohydrates, protein, and some fats. They can help if you are unable to meet your calorie needs through regular meals, but it is always better to focus on natural food sources first. Homemade smoothies with milk, banana, peanut butter, oats, and dry fruits are safer and more nutritious options. If you still wish to use a supplement, choose one that contains whey protein and complex carbohydrates, not excessive sugar. Take it only after meals, not as a meal replacement. Also, make sure to sleep well and include some resistance exercises for healthy weight gain. If needed, we can plan your diet and supplements properly through an online session.

Hello If all the tests are done to rule out any kind of clinical condition then having a high calorie and high protein diet is advised. If not able to meet the recommended requirement from food only then a protein supplement can be added.
